$120 per session due at the time of your appointment.
Insurance Disclosure
If you decide to use your insurance, you will need to contact your insurance provider to be sure I am an approved provider, whether, what your copay is and if you have a deductible, so you know how much our session will cost.
If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
